- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 soda crackers crumbled
- 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 6 oz jars artichoke hearts
- 1 clove garlic
Preheat oven to 325F.
Chop onions and fry with garlic in the oil from one jar of the artichoke hearts.
Chop artichokes into small pieces.
Beat eggs and add to hearts.
Add onions (drain most of the oil first).
Add the other ingredients.
Pour into well-greased 8?x8? pan.
Bake about 35 to 40 minutes.
Pat off excess grease with paper towels and cut into squares.
