Chocolate Glaze
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 tablespoon plus 2 taspoons hot water
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar sifted
- few grains salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions

Dissolve cocoa in water.

Add oil and blend in sugar and salt.

If needed add more sugar to thicken or water to thin.

Spoon over cake.
