- 2-4 pounds beef round or chuck
- 2-3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package dry onion soup
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Place meat in a foil lined pan.
Douse with Worcestershire sauce.
Spread over the mushroom soup and sprinkle with the onion soup.
Close the foil and bake for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes or over egg noodles
