Potato Leek Soup
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped leeks
- 1 1/2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 quart chicken broth
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup canned milk
Garnish
- Sour Cream
- Parsley or Green Onions
Instructions

Cook potatoes and leeks separately in broth until tender

Mash Leeks (blend if desired)

Coarsely mash potatoes with a masher

Combine with milk and heat through
To Serve

Pour in Bowls
-
Add a dollop of Sour Cream

Sprinkle with Parsley or Green Onions
