Ingredients
- 3-4 lbs flap meat steak
- 1/4 C Orange Juice
- 1/4 C Lime Juice
- 1/4 C Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 C Malt Vinegar
- 1/4 C Chopped Cilantro
- 1/4 C Chopped Green Onion
- 1 Chopped Jalapeno seeds removed
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Cumin
Instructions

Whisk together marinade ingredients until well blended

Place meat in large plastic zip-lock bag

Pour Marinade in bag

Place bag in refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight, agitating bag several times

Grill over coals or gas until medium. Do not overcook.

Thinly slice against the grain
