Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon plus 2 taspoons hot water
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar sifted
  • few grains salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Dissolve cocoa in water.
  2. Add oil and blend in sugar and salt.
  3. If needed add more sugar to thicken or water to thin.
  4. Spoon over cake.
