Ingredients

  • 2-4 pounds beef round or chuck
  • 2-3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package dry onion soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Place meat in a foil lined pan.
  3. Douse with Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Spread over the mushroom soup and sprinkle with the onion soup.
  5. Close the foil and bake for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes or over egg noodles
