Chopped Steak on Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Gravy Master or gravy quick, etc.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown meat in skillet.
  2. Reduce heat, add onions and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Stir flour into pan, breaking up lumps.
  4. Add water gradually as needed, stirring constantly.
  5. Add seasonings and Gravy Master.
  6. Serve over mashed potatoes.
