Ingredients

cocoa

tablespoon
plus 2 taspoons hot water

cup
confectioner's sugar
sifted
few grains salt
1
tablespoon
oil
Instructions
Dissolve cocoa in water.
Add oil and blend in sugar and salt.
If needed add more sugar to thicken or water to thin.
Spoon over cake.
