Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • 4 cups apples peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Sprinkle lemon juice and 1/4 cup water over apples,
  3. Sprinkle salt and cinnamon on top.
  4. Crumble together other ingredients and spread over apples in a 9"x9" baking pan. Bake about 40 minutes.
  5. Serve with whipped cream.
