Mexican Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 packages chile con carne and beans
  • 1 can corn creamed
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 8 oz package shell pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups jack cheese grated
  • 1 cup potato chips crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat chili, add corn and olives.
  3. Cook pasta in boiling water and drain.
  4. Arrange alternate layers of pasta, chili, and cheese.
  5. Top with potato chips.
  6. Bake about 30 minutes.

The photo is with Corn Chips instead of Potato Chips. It seams more appropriate - and crunchy...
