Evie's Extraordinary Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can crab meat drained if necessary
  • 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 green onions chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat all ingredients together in microwave or over low heat.
  2. Stir well to melt cheese, and stir in onions.
  3. Keep warm over low heat (i.e. in a small crock pot) while serving.
  4. Serve with french bread or crackers.
  5. A definite party hit!
