Banana Nut Bread
- 1 3/4 cups flour sifted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup banana over-ripe and mashed
- 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cream together margarine and sugar.
Add the eggs and beat.
Sift the dry ingredients and add with the bananas.
Stir in the walnuts.
Bake in a loaf pan, 40-45 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool on a rack.
