Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup onions chopped
  • 1 cup green pepper chopped
  • 2 pimiento
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 can sauerkraut rinsed and drained

Instructions

  1. Bring first five ingredients to a boil.
  2. Put sauerkraut into a bowl and add the hot mixture.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and toss well.
  4. Chill well before serving - 3 to 4 hours
