A 70’s Classic! (But can you still buy pistachio pudding?)
Watergate Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 box pistachio pudding Royal or Jello
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup ginger ale
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup pecans
Frosting:
- 2 envelopes Dream whip
- 1 box pistachio pudding
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix all ingredients together until well-blended.

Pour into layer pans or bundt pan.

Bake 35 minutes.

Whip frosting ingredients together until peaks form.

Frost on cooled cake.

Keep cake refrigerated!
